Those Who Struggle to Get to Sleep

The Plight of The Sleepless

It’s 12:30 AM on a work night. You’re exhausted, you’ve had a huge day, you’ve done everything you can to give yourself the best opportunity for sleep.

To start with, you’ve stopped using your phone, or you’ve turned off the blue light for an hour or so before bedtime, you’ve maybe listened to a relaxing recording or some music. You’ve made sure that the temperature in the room is just right and you’ve blocked every possible avenue in which any light might reach your eyes.

You’ve done all this, and yet you’ve been in bed for over two hours, lying awake and becoming more and more frustrated.

How could this be happening? You’ll have to be getting up in a few hours and you’ve had no sleep; this is so frustrating!

And no matter how hard you try to get to sleep, it just seems more hopeless and frustrating.

The chances are you’re probably trying too hard and, with a few adjustments to your approach, coupled with hypnosis for sleep, you’ll find deep and easy sleep that makes you feel refreshed, as well as regaining your confidence in your body’s ability to sleep normally.
