Like it or not, we live in an image-conscious society that is constantly telling you how you should look, what you should eat, when you should exercise and even how you should feel.

It can be overwhelming and demoralising, trying to figure out how to improve your health and it doesn’t help that we see insta-famous people who appear to have everything sorted.

The important thing is not to become hung up about following this diet, or that exercise regime, it’s more important that we eat the right amount of (mostly!) healthy food and do some form of exercise.

Deep down, at a subconscious level, we all know this, but it’s easier said than done when there are so many things seemingly aimed at making us unhealthy. You’ve almost certainly been on a diet or started at a gym before losing motivation and giving up.

It’s reasonable for you to consider this, as there are countless diet plans, fitness regimes, books, podcasts, websites etc. that claim to have the solution. The reality is, there is no ‘solution’. The only way for you to succeed with anything in life is to have the drive, determination and commitment to stick to a plan.

My job as a hypnotherapist, is to show you that you  have the power to control the way you eat and how and when you exercise. Once you discover how powerful the subconscious mind is in pushing you and making sure you stick to the plan, you’ll be amazed at the changes you can make in your life with weight loss hypnosis.
